Keyboard Shortcuts
Speed up your Kaname workflow with keyboard shortcuts for inbox navigation, threading, and CRM actions.
Kaname supports keyboard shortcuts throughout the inbox and CRM. Learning the core shortcuts significantly speeds up daily inbox processing — experienced users navigate and triage 3–4x faster with shortcuts than with mouse-only interaction.
Inbox navigation

Enabling keyboard shortcuts
Keyboard shortcuts are enabled by default. If shortcuts are not working:
- Click inside the inbox area first (some shortcuts only work when the inbox has focus)
- Ensure you are not inside a text input or compose window where typing is expected
- Check Settings → Inbox to confirm shortcuts are enabled

Press ? at any time to open the keyboard shortcut reference overlay. This shows all available shortcuts for the current view, so you do not need to memorize this page.
