Third-party accounts

Kaname may connect to third-party providers (for example Google for email). Your use of those services is also subject to the provider's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party downtime or policy changes outside our control.

AI-generated content

Outputs from AI features may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing content before you rely on it, send it, or use it in business decisions. Do not use the Services where failure could lead to harm without human oversight.

Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim (or fifty dollars if none).
