Where does my email live after I connect Gmail?
After you connect your Google account and sync, thread lists and search largely use on-device storage. Our backend handles OAuth, watches, push, AI orchestration, and billing—not long-term hosting of your mailbox.
Can I use more than one Google account?
Yes. You can connect multiple mailboxes from Settings where your plan allows. Limits are shown in-app.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are sold through Apple or Google where available. Manage or cancel in your platform account settings. Kaname does not store your full card details on our servers.
Is my payment information secure?
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google according to their policies, with industry-standard encryption. We never ask you to email card numbers to our team.
What can the AI assistant do?
It can search synced mail locally, help draft replies through our compose APIs, and support scheduling-style prompts—designed to stay bounded and reviewable by you.
